Returns
Elitegar does not accept returns except in cases where items are received damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are strictly limited to cases of damaged goods. Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, Elitegar will verify the damage and, if confirmed, will issue a refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exceptions
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for any reasons other than damage.
